Established 360° creative direction across all touch-points from branding and style guides for internal and external agencies to website, CRM, email and social campaign building.
In my role as a creative manager, I managed a team of 4 designers, 2 in-house photographers, 3 retouchers and 1 styling.
Creatively, I concepted and directed all photography and film, from storyboarding and moodboards, to on set directing and art direction.
Day-to day, I would oversee:
Development of responsive email templates, CRM and lifecycle campaigns
Progress of designers and copywriters
Briefing of content creation for site assets, emails, banners and affiliate engagement
Maintaining best practice methods for digital design, photography, styling and retouching
Conducting UX and UI reviews with front-end developers.
